One of the best remixers out there.Lil'Roy first started remixing at the age of 15 thanks to his older cousin DJ Lil'Jay he always used to sit back and watch his uncle do remixes with such hope that one day he would be able to do what he did and it wasnt to late till Lil'Roy's talent got discovered by such a simple blend he had done and made Lil'Jay spare some of his talent with Lil'Roy. Months passed and Lil'Roy would miss school just to finish a remix, every remix he made was a hit every dj started recognizing Lil'Roy as he got better and better. At the age of 16 he got the chance to go and meet alex sensation at the radio station,alex knew his work and he wanted him on his team as well as Lil'Jay, They both started working with alex for 1 year but Lil'Roy started landing gigs and learning more about the Dj culture he started practicing more on how to Dj. Lil'Jay made him a deal if he went to school and finished he would give him his dj equipment so Lil'Roy took the challenge and he almost did it but Lil'Jay noticed he had so much interest in music and so much talent that he decided to give him his equipment the Numark Cdj's 88 Lil'Roy started making his own CD Books but his favorite type of music then was Reggaeton he would practice everyday how to mix and blend the music together till he got better at it and he did,he learned how to mix every type of music his cousin noticed so he started bringing him to the club with him every weekend it was a huge change from doing house partys to a big time nightclub called Don Juan's located in long island. By the age of 17 Lil'Roy had been offered to be an LMP DJ he was speechless it was an honor for him. He started landing his own gigs at lounges,private party's,and some club's in queens he was starting to get more known by promoters and people.It wasn't till months later that serato had came out and now Lil'Roy started seeing newer dj's in the game it was to much competition going on since Lil'Roy only had cd's promoters only wanted to book dj's with laptops now so Lil'Roy fell of his game for a while he started remixing more and he decided to release his first mixtape called Welcome To My Remixes Vol.1 it was all over the internet Dj's wanted more and more of the remixes but Lil'Roy got a job at a pet store and was to busy to work on remixes or even Dj he was earning up to get his laptop and serato it took him 5 months of working his ass off to get his laptop he did it and landed a spot every friday at a spot called europa lounge located in brooklyn he quit his job because the weekend gig was giving him more money,The promoters started pulling big names such as DJ Precise. Lil'Roy saw DJ Precise spin for the first time with 2 technics and 1 pioneer mixer and it was a dream come true Lil'roy then wanted to learn the art of scratching so he had borrowed 1 technic turntable from his friend and started practicing everyday.He landed an internet radio show on lmpradio.com with DJ Juano. He would do his show every saturday from 4-6pm he would get more practice when he did his show, people would comment and say that he didnt know how to scratch and that all he did was scratch throughout a whole song,Lil'Roy knew why and he wouldn't listen.Time passed by and he got better and better finally people started noticing how nice he had gotten and noone would talk bad comments such as " this kid has so much talent" "wow that scratch sounds sexy "this kid can scratch" were coming from people. Lil'Roy then knew he did it all that horrible scratching was just practice and people would just talk bad but Lil'Roy knew why he was doing it and kept going and from there he's known for 3 best things, Remixing,Scratching,DJ'ing.
